Summer Workshops at Woodlands Arts Centre:

Thursday 7:45pm-9pm: Beginner Friendly Technique workshop

Dates: 7th & 21st August
Teacher: Catherine Bartholomew

Technique drills and dance combinations to keep you moving through the summer holidays. Suitable for beginners as well as those with some previous experience of bellydance.

Price: £12 per workshop or £16 for both

A lively and friendly class suitable for beginners as well as those with some previous experience of bellydance.

Price: £8 per class payable monthly or £12 per class drop in

Wednesday 7:45pm-8:45pm: Beginners

Beginner Class: Continuing blocks of 5 weeks.
Teacher: Charlotte Burton

Come and join a friendly class with Charlotte Burton for fun and fitness bellydance. You will learn the fundamental basics to this beautiful dance, and build them up into short combinations, which then become a chorography for you to practice your new dance moves to. The class starts with a short warm up then covers technique and combinations, all of which are beginner friendly and can build up to push and inspire those who want to explore further. All of this creates a beautiful choreography which, if you would like to, there is a chance to perform at the end of term party, or local hafla. This is optional!!!
